Our service

Although there are some difficulties we have no control over, we always go to a lot of trouble to meet your expectations. This is because we want you to see us as more than just a supplier; we want make a partnership with you. Flexibility and service are an important component of our company policy, therefore:
- We have two separate production spaces
- We can normally deliver at short notice from our supply
- In the case of bottlenecks we try to organise special deliveries for our customers.
- We offer prompt onsite service in the case of soldering problems
- We have set up a hotline so that we can be available for you around the clock
- Our advisory service
If you run into technical difficulties while soldering, let us know right away and we will be able to assist you immediately. Fill out the "Rapid Help” form and send it to our information personnel. We'll assess your statement right away and get in touch with you by telephone. If the problem can’t be solved over the phone, we will be there promptly to help you on site.
